PKP Intercity cleared to add commercial Warsaw–Kyiv train

POLAND: The national rail regulator has granted state-owned PKP Intercity open access for one daily commercial train pair between Warsaw and the Ukrainian border from December 2026 to 2031. The operator already runs a publicly contracted Warsaw–Kyiv train on the same line.
