PKP Cargo’s entire board resigns after court decision

POLAND: PKP Cargo’s entire management board has resigned, two days after a court handed day-to-day control of the freight operator to its restructuring administrator. The supervisory board has seconded one of its own members, Monika Starecka, to act as chief executive until year-end.
