Hitachi, CAF and Stadler shortlisted for new Copenhagen metro line

DENMARK: Metroselskabet, which owns the Copenhagen metro, has shortlisted three bidders for the M5 line’s transport system: CAF with Holbøll, Hitachi Rail STS and Stadler. The contract covers 14 driverless trains, signalling, power and a depot, with signing expected at the end of 2027.
