BULGARIA: Twelve of the 35 Alstom Coradia Stream sets ordered by the Bulgarian transport ministry are financed by the EU Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF), whose milestones and targets must be met by 31 August 2026. The remaining 23 sets sit under Bulgaria’s social climate plan and are not tied to that date.
